I just saw this pic in my Pinterest feed and had to do an 'inspired' look. Olivia's scarf is actually from Zara, and her jeans are JBrand.

I hope this hasn't been done to death, but I love this look. Aside from the Hermes, it is really easy to re-create on any budget, with pieces already in the closet.
